Anyone know how tight to tighten the spring loaded T clamps for this kit?

So I have a question. I ran into this same exact problem - the AFE charge pipes did not allow for the TurboSmart BOV to seat correctly. I used a washer and it appears to be flush now. I installed the Injen CAI at the same time. Now when I get on it and shift (7spd manual) I get the spssshhhh noise, but then like a weird clunk and like sneezing noise on the passenger side of the vehicle. It definitely doesn't sound right.... I'm pretty damn positive that I did everything correctly too. Does anyone else have a 2.3l with the AFE charge pipes, Injen CAI and TurboSmart BOV? Are you getting the same clunk noise? I can post a new thread, thought this one was recent enough. Thanks!!
