So, updated.

After calling Ford Motor company everyday (squeaky wheel gets the grease) I received my vin and build date of March 14th.

what did you say to Ford? I called and they look it up and said it's confirmed but could not tell me when... mine is also code 10

Well every morning and I mean everyday lol I’d call and very politely ask why so many others, who have time stamps 6,7,,8 months past mine have build dates. Went on to say that my build according to ford had no commodity restraints while these of there builds did. Etc. dealer allocations play a big part they said because I was at such a small dealership played a part in the delay and that I could ask for a dealership change if I wanted. But, next day I called again and received my build date and vin.
