So I have a trucks that do most of my towing. But I'd like to haul my side by side with the Bronco. I knew some people had issues with clearance with the spare tire and this unit looked like it extended out a ways. I test fit it tonight and it cleared no problem on my Sasquatch 4dr.

I'm not sure what retail would be on it, but I know it's much cheaper than the B&W I was looking at.

Finally tired it out with a trailer on the Bronco (I used it to haul a car trailer already) works great!

Hauled another trailer today, had to move a service body. Worked like a charm!

Some of us though need a rise and not drop though while keeping spare in place. Not to mention extending the drawbar typically also reduces the tongue weight capacity.

I too have a truck that tows but still sorting out the Bronco with offroad camper after attempting multiple setups on the Bronco. Solve 1 problem and hit another snag is how its been the last couple months.

This hitch is rated at 10k lbs max, I towed my cargo trailer with a 4,500lbs car in it with this setup and it worked great for that also. I know people use much longer extensions with cab over campers and haul large boats, enclosed trailers..ect this length doesn't bother me. Especially considering the very light weight that will go behind the Bronco.

Im not saying the drawbar/hitch itself can't do it. My offroad trailer sits on 33" MT tires and the tongue sits level at 23", which requires a 2"+ drawbar rise. Then take into account the tow pin height (not your standard hitch ball) and clearance off the spare tire. I ended up moving the spare tire up 3"+ for clearance. Using an extended drawbar before the spare repo, hooked my 3200lb trailer up to our 4dr BL w/ factory tow package (330lb trailer tongue weight) and watched the rear end squat a couple inches and 1" lower than the front. Haven't been able to check with the standard drawbar since moving the tire up due to winter weather.
