Accessories question

I have ordered a Base Squatch, soft top, 2.7, modular front bumper with aux switches. My Bronco is scheduled to be built the week of September 20th. I have a couple questions
1) I want to order some accessories and have them installed at the dealer. Tube steps, the folding table for the tail gate, and some seat covers. When should I order them and is the price in the on line catalogue what I should expect to pay? I also want the dealer to tint my windows
2) When should expect my window sticker and how do I know it is available? Do I get an email or is there a secret place to check
Be kind I have never ordered a vehicle before, ,most of my purchases have been used so this is all new to me.

side note I borrowed a mannequin overnight and it had the rear folding table. It rattled like crazy over every bump. Prepare some 3M shims to keep it quiet
