A/Z pricing plus flow charts

After nearly 2 years I have a VIN with scheduled date. Having a family that has worked at Ford's collectively for over 100 years, I'm able to use the A/Z plan which my dealer stated they would honor. Just curious as to others who have used the plan and if they were able to use the flow charts for personal offer/transition etc. and how it worked out. Thanks
