I would like to post an update to this group.
We have railcar info!

Based upon the awaiting shipment thread, I sent an email over two weeks ago to Ford motor company and included multiple people throughout the organization that were listed. I waited and nothing.

Last Friday (11.11.2022), I received a phone call from a lady named Karen. She asked me to explain evrything I listed in my email. After hearing my story and dissecting the email, she understood exactly what the situation was. She committed to me that by Wednesday this week she will figure out a resolution and locate our Bronco.

Last night (Sunday 11.13.2022), miraculously we had a railcar number populate into the system and we are tracking it. However, most likely it will have a lot of movement as it is still in Michigan and states that the next waypoint is Chicago, Illinois, which will take 3 days, until 11.18.2022 to transfer.

Incidentally, this was our end date window of our last bumped time of delivery through FMC… Our 8th bump of ETA dates… So most likely we will have another month of tracking and trying to find where the vehicle is., as it supposedly moves through the CSX system.

At least there is some movement. I would advise everyone to go to the awaiting shipment thread and send it email to all of the people that have been listed and start movement of information throughout the organization.

I have been a squeaky wheel and have talked to my dealer, I have asked the zone rep to be involved to place Bronco as hot status, and sent emails and called marketing on a daily basis. I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or if I had just waited without calling/emailing, if I still would be in purgatory, but trying to be proactive may be beneficial.

Just sent my email. Kept it friendly and professional but also made my disappointment known. Let's hope they at least look out the window and see if they can spot it in the lot.

I received Shipped email back on nov 1. don't know that it actually shipped then, but i doubt it.

BTW, in the tracker app my status is still in transit, but the time in status reset last night. i happened to check during that reset, so i'm not sure if that was an app blip or means something on the back end changed.

Well I got a surprised email this morning saying my Bronco has finally shipped! I guess it should be at the dealer by Christmas maybe? LOL
Anyone else finally get the shipped email that's been waiting like most of us on the west coast?
I’ve had a shipped email since September 30th. But really it was a “shipped” email as in ford shipped it to the rail yard to rot.

That was based on the Window Sticker break down I saw & Ramp = RH27

Explain the window sticker rail car info.. it sounds like that’s your order #…

Incidentally, also got another shipping bump.
Friday was changed to 11/12 - 11/18 today 11/21-11/27 🤦‍♂️

Weird because my window sticker has had that populated from the first day that I received it, which was on the build week before, 8.30 and 9.1… how would they know that info, which does not match my current railcar btw. Is it something to do with the final rail yard, which is RU84 for me, Richmond CA?
I'm hoping my 'glades is on that same train with your bronco since we are both going to Richmond. Emailed my dealer yesterday to see if they had any updates but are always slow in replying back to my emails.

I'm hoping my 'glades is on that same train with your bronco since we are both going to Richmond. Emailed my dealer yesterday to see if they had any updates but are always slow in replying back to my emails.
Call Ford. Marketing will give you railcar info.

I'm not sure but my thought was maybe they had train cars already sitting there and they populate the shipping car number based on what was at their lot empty and waiting to be loaded. I'm no shipping expert so maybe someone can confirm if that number is the car number they use shown on the Window Sticker that the original post called out in the diagram.

We all might be on the same train leaving Mich. together but then split up somewhere down the line before Union Pacific takes over.

i can confirm the number at the top of the WS is not the rail car, at least for me.

and WS is: 201636

Just checked and mine arrived at Richmond, CA last night at 10:32pm. I'm guessing a few of us are on that same train. Now it's just a waiting game to find a truck that actually wants to drive to San Luis.
