9/5/22 Build week group

Hello, guys and gals! I got the dreaded bump from the 8/29 week. I started out with a build day of 8/29, then was told 8/30 by Ford Chat last Thursday. I saw a bunch getting bumped, so I decided to pester Chat again tonight. Now I'm being told a 9/9 build day. No idea what the rest of the dates in the text mean.

OK... I propose we rename the thread to the 08/29/22 Reunion thread.

Only thing I know I can do now as a walk in order is just check the trackers for a WS. I give up on Ford Chat. Not sure how much I can trust call center info. A guy gotta have dreams.

Haha, I agree! We all do seem to be meeting again this week. I didn’t get a build day from Ford Chat so I guess I will pester them tomorrow and nope I didn’t get bumped…..again

Yah it's a tough call when they specifically call that out. Blows my mind how many have it and how many can't get it. I've seen dozens of dealer Broncos with tow. Not sure why when there are people specifically wanting it.

We left our build as is, to include the tow package. We are scheduled for build week of 5 Sept. Hoping this won't create more waiting. We shall see. We got a VIN so that should be a good sign right?

Yah I really don't think that it will be pushed again. People need their tow and judging by the Google sheets people fill out, most don't have the tow.

Hello fellow 8/29 to 9/5 weeker! I’m a walk in and just checked this morning with my salesman and I have a build day of 9/6 now. Last I checked you and I are the only Missouri deliveries. So got bumped and I’m a BASE 2 door manual non-SAS. Literally bare bones.

I haven't seen a thread for 9/5/22 yet so starting one here. I got confirmation from my dealer a couple of days ago. Even got a VIN! Super excited and I hope it sticks.
