For those frustrated with delivery windows being pushed out- my last one was 11/14-11/20 so you may be surprised and take delivery sooner. Here are a few quick pics I took in the pouring rain.

Yes- after wondering why it was taking so long. Did you get a shipped email?
Yes, 9/30. I'm fairly certain it's in a back row at the loading yard and just gets passed by everyday for closer ones. Dealer verified yesterday its at MAP on the GPS tracker. Very frustrating!!
Mine has been the same since 9/30, they told me it's next to the plant in the parking lot where they load trains. I think we are all in that situation and they keep loading the closer ones.
Your dates line up exactly with mine. So hopefully something will happen.
I read on the awaiting shipping thread someone made a good point that as long as the trains are being sent out full, nobody cares which ones are on them. I think until someone higher up realizes that some of us have been waiting a long time while new builds are shipped nothing will change. The other part of that is the higher up person actually has to give a damn about that!
