At this rate Star Citizen will release before I receive my bronco.

I was deep in NFL tiktok yesterday and they were chatting about the Detroit Minnesota TE trade. A Detroit fan made the comment “we should have thrown the Ford family in this trade as well”. I don’t lack that particular context but I don’t lack the pain. Come on Ford! Do better.

There truly is no rhyme or reason for the way Broncos are delivered. Maybe if we were literally there, we'd grasp what's going on, but from my perspective, it's a giant fustercluck.

Glancing at the awaiting shipping thread has me considering a plan b. Some on that thread have been waiting more than 60 days. 😳

Ultimately, I’m set on the bronco but what I’m not set on is waiting beyond the month of November / December. I may try to find a dealer that has one that has a reasonable markup if by then I still don’t have my bronco. Granted what are the odds I find one at a reasonable markup but at this point What option do I have. I would be willing to go 5-7k above sticker come December, hopefully markups start to go down.

When I got the built notification I sold my daily driver thinking the wait would not be too much longer and here I am on day 32.

In the exact same boat! We sold my wife's car when we got close to original delivery date (Bronco will be her daily). I have been searching for another Bronco at any dealer but most are "in transit" or marked up at least 10k or more. I have been looking again at Jeeps and 4Runners as well, but I really want the Bronco we ordered!! But at what point do we say enough is enough??

Lol sold mine too. Now I'm driving my dad's hooptie 98 2-Door Tahoe. She's got ripped seats and reeks of gasoline, but she's kinda fun ;)

That actually sounds fun! I’m daily driving my dads fj cruiser in the mean time but I kinda want to give it back already and have my own rig, I already started ordering mods for the bronco and I also don’t want stuff to start breaking on me on the fj 😂

I hear ya, I would start considering the competitors but I already started ordering mods. My rock sliders just got here today.

Definitely, I have a pile of parts sitting in the garage waiting. I stopped ordering more until I see it in my driveway!

Same crap here, called Ford today and got the same line...awaiting shipping, last update was 9/29, check with your dealer....blah blah blah.

I sold my Tahoe when we were built too. I'm driving an old 2003 without a speedometer..lol. I'm having to use an app to track speed. I'm ready to get off this roller coaster.

If the Bronco is going to be your only car, it seems quite silly to sell the old one prematurely!

Given the quality/reliability issues, I'm not sure I'd even want it as a second car. Going to be concerned taking the Bronco wheelin' without others. Constantly worrying about fuel pump, gateway module, engine failure, loose power connections, etc...

yea the other reason I sold early is I work from home so I actually don’t drive as much as the average person. (But 32 days regardless is getting annoying even without having to drive to work daily) As far as the reliability issues I hope none of us run into many issues. 🤞

Eh, I live in a small town so it's less than 4 miles to work and my son's school. We have other cars if I really needed a different one to drive.

I had the opportunity to sell for a pretty decent price, so I did thinking my Bronco would be here soon based on my first ETA.

Similar situation here, I got a pretty good amount for my last beater and to be honest it needed a TON of love. I did not wanna wait until the condition of the car got much worse and get less for it and I also did not want to keep throwing money at it figuring the bronco would be here soon.

I’d also say it’s silly to assume everyone has the same situation. I sold my daily too. Used car prices had dropped considerably since I looked at selling a few weeks before my original build date. Fast forward a month and I luckily found one buyer willing to take it for similar to where it was originally. I jumped on the chance to sell. Since selling the car I’ve watched the price drop to a new low.

I also work from home and my wife and I make it work driving her car. It’s also been great oddly warm in MN this Fall so I can also drive the humvee.

It’s an inconvenience for sure but it seems here all have some sort of back up option. Even if I took delivery a month ago I would have sold my daily. Regardless of how many issues these 6G wonky bronky’s seem to have.
