Got my module and tear tag last night. Since I was the second from last unit in production for the week of 9/19, others should also have theirs ....
Thanks. That should do it for mods/tear tags. I know some haven't been around to update, but between this update and seeing those in 9/26 getting mods, we should all be done on that end of things.

I received my shipped email this morning. 10/17-10/23 delivery estimate. Here we go!
Awesome! Can you just confirm your window sticker says Convoy and not Rail? Just want to make sure. I think I'm noticing a trend in some of the recent build weeks.

It does say convoy.

Mine says „built waiting on shipment“ in tracker… no built email.

Well... I've officially sold my current car today. It was probably a stupid move by my MN tabs were $388 and due in October so I sold it before I had to shell out that money.

This means I'm down to my Summer car and my wife's Kia for hauling the kids. I'm really hopeful that this thing arrives "soon". I'd love if it got unstuck, from production, and in my dealer's lot by end of Oct. Minnesota winters can get cold in a humvee with no heat.

Got my tear tag, spreadsheet updated.
Just checked tracker, have to do it from desktop, mobile site won’t work. Anyway, tracker says built as of 9/27/22. No email received, yet.

Right there with you, my current car is going to the new owners tonight. I'm still stuck in production as well 9/20 blend date. Texted my salesman today and they said it was supposed to be delivered the week of 10/24. I asked if it showed it was showing "built" and got an "I believe so"...that isn't quite the confidence level or clarity I was hoping for.

So, I just called the Ford customer line instead of trying to chat. I was told that my Bronco has a secondary status of produced but it is on a microchip hold and has been pushed out for ETA until 10/18-10/24. She said I should call at the end of the first week of October to see if there is any movement on things.

I don't get it, I see others with tow and lux getting "built" after mine. Ugh. It makes no sense. I had actually told my dealer to delete tow in March to speed things along and they didn't do it.

I just got off of a Ford chat. We are also in a microchip hold

" I see that your Bronco is In Production at the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant. The most recent update as of Sep-20-2022 reflects a delivery ETA window of Oct-13-2022 to Oct-19-2022 with an ETA disposition of Micro Chip At Plant On Hold."

I took a look at some previous build weeks' spreadsheets to get a feel for how things were moving. The data below only reflect that of active members (those who have populated their modules and tear tags). Keep in mind the information is dependent on people updating the spreadsheet, so the numbers could be higher.

9/19 Build Week (Us)
By Convoy: 6/14 report Built Email; 1/14 report Shipped Email; 1/14 report Delivered
By Rail: 9/31 report Built Email; 4/31 report Shipped Email; 0/31 report Delivered

9/12 Build Week
By Convoy: 6/14 report Built Email; 0/14 report Shipped Email; 2/14 report Delivered
By Rail: 33/51 report Built Email; 28/51 report Shipped Email; 0/51 report Delivered

9/5 Build Week
By Convoy: 12/16 report Built Email; 3/16 report Shipped Email; 13/16 report Delivered
By Rail: 23/32 report Built Email; 19/32 report Shipped Email; 5/32 report Delivered

8/29 Build Week
By Convoy: 5/8 report Built Email; 3/8 report Shipped Email; 5/8 report Delivered
By Rail: 22/24 report Built Email; 23/24 report Shipped Email; 12/24 report Delivered

I gathered this information earlier this afternoon and I think people have gotten "the call" from their dealer since, so the numbers have likely gone up. It appears those shipping by Convoy get less communication but arrive sooner whereas those shipping by Rail get communication sooner but it takes longer to get delivered. This is, of course, a general statement and individual circumstances will differ. I just wanted to see where previous build weeks stood.

Thanks- my chat was basically useless:

The vehicle has been produced as of 9/20/22 with an ETA of 10/13/22. Please feel free to check updates on our website https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking

OK so it is not on a chip hold? Tracker still shows as in production

There may be a chip hold since the information hasn't been updated since 9/20. Please check with your selling dealer for the most up to date details at this time.
