So, to all my Texas friends. Called FC and mine is also at the MAP waiting for transportation. WTH!! No new bump emails on delivery date yet. Wish we could hire a private transport to pick up the Texas herd and split the cost. I think one of you said already it's been a month, come on FORD!!

I can't believe it takes that long to run over to the rail yard and load on a train. That's insane!
I'm down! Shoot, we have a truck and car hauler...let's GOOOOO! Texas is big enough, there should be plenty of vehicles to fill a train car and/or car hauler. What's the excuse? We've all been built for around a month but at the rate they're giving me now, it'll be TWO. 🤡
I'm going to need that truck to stop in OK on its way to TX! It really is too bad we can't hire a hot shot to go get our cars from MAP...or heck, I'll fly up tomorrow and go get it.

They want their $1900 delivery fee for $800 worth of shipping

We purchased a bronco sport May 2021, that wasn't on the lot and was "in transport". We waited almost a month for it, only to find out it was in WA state for the last two weeks of the wait, about 2 hours from the dealer waiting for a truck to pick it up. We offered to go pick it up ourselves, drop it off at the dealer so they could do the final prep, then pick it back up. We were told we couldn't because of liability. The kicker: We had already taken a loan out on it, site unseen, without the car on the lot. So even though we technically owned it, we weren't allowed to go get it. Still doesn't make sense to me. Although, recently found out from our current dealer, dealerships are not supposed to allow financing if a vehicle is not on the lot...true or not??

They shouldn't. Why would someone finance a vehicle that has a good chance of falling off the train on the way to the dealership? I don't even know if the insurance company would cover that. Sounds like a crazy Farmers' insurance commercial "we know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two". Also, those vehicles technically belong to Ford until the dealer receives them in to their system as far as I know. That's just a very odd situation.

It’s just so maddening, isn’t it? I would have made the road trip to Michigan, if I knew it would take two months to get here. Honestly, if Ford wouldn’t have emailed me a while back that it was scheduled to build, I wouldn’t have known the difference. But they get us all excited and then nothing happens. It’s also frustrating to see Raptors going out right and left, when they weren’t even available when we ordered. The logic of this is nonexistent. Rant over. For today.

Well nothing has changed on my end as far as I can tell. But this updated:
Ford Bronco 9/19/22 Build Week 1666416310320

It used to say 20+ days for time in status. It also had over 600 similar vehicles. Maybe this is a good sign of a new stage?

Main site crashed, it's a dev environment so all the historical data was lost.

of course that's all it is... :(
I got my hopes up too when it first went down yesterday afternoon and showed no status...only to be crushed yet again. 😂

@lynyrdsbackyard I started it for my bulldog Lynyrd but I post a variety of stuff. Will definitely post some Bronco pics when I get it

Brought her home! No games, no surprises, everything as expected and a pleasure to deal with the dealer. I’ve got the areoskin II installed and the mabett rear seat backs on. There will be more to come I’m sure. 9.1 miles on the odometer when we took her out the first time.

I so hope that all of you see your Broncos soon - they are so worth the wait. Got mine out on the trails today and I am in love. Trail turn assist is my favorite feature - so cool to whip it around a tree when everyone else is doing 3 (or more) point turns 🤣

Not be a downer in this thread but after the long wait, I was finally able to take mine out this weekend to see what it would do. About 1.5 hours into the trip (still on pavement) this warning came on
