9/19/22 Build Week

So...similar to many others I just happened to check my tracker last week and...viola, I have a build date of 9/19...no email, no call from the dealer, no VIN.

How do I confirm a VIN?

But I gotta say, the Heritage announcement had me thinking I'd switch things up. No call from the dealer or email yet.

Yup, me too. If I was going to get pushed to a 23, I was seriously thinking of switching to the heritage

Once you are scheduled you have a VIN and will not be bumped from MY22. If your salesmen didn't provide your vin you can contact ford support and they can give it to you.

PSA: If your back door link shows “Work With Dealer” and no build date, check the link on a PC. Seems to be some issues with mobile formatting causing it not to display your scheduled for production date on mobile.

when does the window sticker appear...have the vin and order number? Is there a link or portal I should use with those items?

I don't think the window sticker shows up until you get a day assigned which is about a week in advance.

About 3 weeks ago this started happening to me on mobile too. I about crapped myself because I thought I got my date taken away.

Got bumped from 9/12 to 9/19 on 8/22. Hello to new group!

Update for me: I called my dealer but they could not see anything. Apparently they have 6 on the way for other people though. lol. Then I used the ford customer service chat. I gave them my reservation number and told them I see a scheduled date of 9/19/2022 . I asked if they had a VIN for it. Thought I was getting somewhere as they asked for my dealer sales code and 4 digit order number. Well, they stated at this time the vehicle is in order processing and is unscheduled.

this same thing happened to me in March. Did you originally get a call from your dealer saying there was a build week scheduled?

Just got build date and vin through ford chat. I've always used my phone to open the backdoor tracker which never had a date. PC had date updated.
