The trackers are stuck on Built but my sales rep just sent me a video of my Bronco coming off the truck. I should be picking it up on Thursday!
Gawds I hope that's what is going on with mine. Still in built status, 13 days, but eta is next week

After two plus years of waiting, today was the day the Ford Tracker showed my Bronco was delivered to my dealership. You can imagine my excitement…. Until three hours later when the dealership emailed me that my Bronco arrived with a small dent in the tailgate and is now at the body shop. Oh well the wait continues. It turns out these Broncos aren’t just built wild, they’re shipped wild as well!

8/11 blend. On train in Lawrenceville GA. Train suppose to arrive on the 17th. My dealership is 2 hours away. Getter closer. It seems when those trains stop they don’t move again for quiet some time. Was in Louisville for 3 days.
I'm an 8/11 blend which has been sitting in Lawrenceville GA at the ramp since Thursday of last week. Ford chat told me today that it is still at the ramp. Not sure if that means it has been taken off the train, or is still in a railcar. They have no information as to when it might get delivered to the dealer.. which is an hour drive from Lawrenceville... other than the system is still showing 9/11 - 17 delivery window.

Automotive
NS will enact an embargo of all automotive traffic, effective 00:01 Wednesday, September 14.

General Guidelines
Ā· All Automotive origin facilities will close to vehicle in-gates for rail movement, effective 17:00 Tuesday, September 13.

Ā· Customers with eastbound interline shipments should contact the originating rail carrier regarding guidelines for the acceptance of traffic at origin.

Ā· Until further notice, out-gates will remain open at all NS Automotive facilities during normal business hours for car haul carriers to pick up vehicles.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this issue. Your Norfolk Southern representative will be available should you have any questions.

http://www.nscorp.com/content/nscor...termodal--and-automotive-service-updates.html

well... looks like if we did not make the train as of midnight last night, we are in for a MUCH longer wait....

My tracker just changed to ā€œshippedā€. Looks like it’s on the move to Kansas. I’m looking forward to obsessing over something new: trains.

Congrats to those getting delivered this week; maybe we’ll catch the 8/15 folks.
Chatted with Ford this morning. My Bronco is still on the MAP ramp waiting to get loaded onto a Norfolk Southern rail car to head south. Looks like they went on strike this morning. Can't seem to catch a break. Crazy times. Any idea how I track a rail car on Norfolk So (TTGX253936)? Maybe it made it out of the yard.

They haven't gone on strike yet, the strike can't start till Friday when the cooling off period ends. They are stopping Automobile shipping to prioritize perishable goods and hazardous cargo, they are still working right now, just less trains moving. IF they get this resolved before Friday things should pick back up fairly quickly. It's also all the railroads, NS is just the one with that put out the info that we're all referencing.

Here's to a speedy resolution to the labor dispute....

Poked around the forum until I found a # for NS. Used the automated call and actually found that the railcar departed this morning at 0451. Maybe there is a chance. Hopefully it comes to KC quickly. Maybe I'll check with the Magic 8-Ball.

I just called and mine is moving too, BNSF railways. I'm within 5 hours of my final stop so maybe I'll sneak in and be unloaded before anything happens.

Curious I called and the train prompt said the rail car was empty? Did it arrive in SLC or did it get moved to another rail car I wonder?

We clearly are either at the same dealership or rail at the very least. I just called and raised Cain to everyone and everything trying to find out what’s happening especially with the strike coming. It feels like everyone has a zero F’s given mentality. I just explained my whole experience in the 8/15 group. I was originally 8/8 but got moved to 8/15. Meanwhile I live 30 mins from where the broncos are chilling out, and the strike is looming. The stress!

Mine took 7 days to go from MAP to STL through Carbondale IL. When it got to Moberly MO I was nervous then it headed south to STL. It took 9 more days to deliver to the dealer. Unfortunately it was no longer in new condition. Stay patient and don’t rush it. What’s a few more weeks.

My dealer called and said my Badlands arrived! Bad news came next that it will be seven weeks to get a new driver side mirror assembly, new glass for driver door (window is scratched) and repaint entire door due to a couple chips and a 2ā€ scratch. Evidently the driver delivered it in the middle of the night or early this morning.

They said they will run it through the shop tomorrow and I could purchase it on Saturday. They will repair it whenever the parts come in, likely 7 weeks.

After waiting this long I don’t want to drive by the dealer everyday and look at it sitting there. Pretty sure I’ll take delivery and go from there. My wife wants the dealer to provide some compensation for the delivery company’s error. I’d take a trailer hitch but they likely won’t have it. Wonder who is more likely to provide compensation, Ford or the dealer.

That completely sucks...so sorry to hear that. These trucking companies are so hard-up for drivers, theyā€˜ll hire any schmuck off the street. The shipping company pays for the damage through a claim the dealer submits. Ford might throw a GC for $100 if you complain loud enough…

When I call the number to track my rail car it says emptied on June 4th. When I talk to ford directly they confirm the same railcar number but state it hasn’t been updated since 9/8. I have no idea where my bronco is… I don’t think they know either!
