Been lurking for a bit. Finally got a build week 8/8/22 notification on 7/1/22. Reserved 6/18/21, ordered 10/29/21.

A few months back I even risked changing the order date to drop the tow package and switch to 4 door (long story). Was lucky and kept my build date.

Now I've read other stuff in the forum, and I know I'm not locked in on price. But as you can see in one of my attachments, Ford has seen fit to tack $5,838 onto my sale price just listed as "Difference from Total MSRP"

Couple questions, first is am I just going to have to pay that? There's no wiggle room? No negotiation? And with that putting me in at a finally sale price around $63k, is it still worth it in the court of public opinion? It's an OBX with Sasquatch package, lux package, soft top, and just about everything else minus the tow package.

Happy to share more info. Just trying to see if everyone else is getting hit up like this? The price change did happen when I changed my order FYI. Ultimately I still think it's worth it, but it really does drive me nuts to pay Ford an extra $5.8k when I couldn't even get everything I wanted (mainly tow package).

That could be ADM from your dealer, best thing to do is call your dealer and ask. If you haven't already gotten a signed DORA or some other purchase agreement from your dealer saying you'll pay MSRP, I would before your Bronco gets delivered.

So like I said, this showed up after I altered my order. I called the dealer and she stated it was something Ford "Corporate" was adding, and they couldn't do anything about it.

Unfortunately all I had was the word of a salesman that I would pay MSRP. Dummy me, nothing in writing.

Get it in writing before it shows up would be my suggestion

I'm going to try of course. But the initial response from the dealer when I first noticed it was the charge was added by Ford and she couldn't do anything about it.

Still curious if others are getting charges similar? Any tips to sweet talk the dealership into trying to get rid of it?

since this is a screen I get when I log into the ford site - not entirely sure how the dealer would have hooks in to put their ADM. Not sure if that helps or not.

Lot of WS popping in the 8/1 group yesterday.

If you make it through tomorrow then should stay on track for build next week.

My current ride is getting petty since I've been talking about her replacement. She decided to flatten a tire last night, just for spite.

Little bronco story about me:

Had a 6/2021 Reservation. Black Diamond Soft Top. Dropped sasquatch and tow to get it faster.
Got pushed to reorder for 22. Switched to Eruption Green. Dropping tow and sasquatch seemed to work.
Got a build date for 1/17/22. Then..... Stuck on Ice Mountain. Was obviously pissed about that.
Since I had no idea how long I'd be there, once they announced they would close the order banks on 3/8/22, but also announced HOSS 3.0 for wildtrak, I decided to throw my name in the hat and place a lost minute order for a EG Soft Top wildtrak with HOSS 3.0 at a small dealer.
I took delivery of my Black Diamond in May. Put some 285/75/17 on the stock steelies.
Many of the members of my 1/17 group are still waiting on their Bronco.

Somehow, my 3/7/22 order is being built with y'all. I don't try to understand the reasoning behind getting picked but I'm very excited about getting what I really wanted. I love the soft top and have cloth on the Wildtrak. I'm glad as I have the top down alot and the MGV gets super hot.

I've gone through a build week before and done all the tracking from checking when modules populate in the system to analyzing rail data. I can hopefully answer some questions as they come up.

Here is some pics of my current bronco. I wish I could afford to keep both, but this one will be traded in for the Wildtrak. Any other HOSS suspension builds in this group?

That's a nice rig. Shame you're not independently wealthy and could keep both.

Trying to stay positive but many of us have been here before. It’d sure be nice to see that WS next week. Looking forward to checking in with Chat on Monday (or today if I can’t wait).
