Do you have a walk-in order or reservation? I believe the back door link only works with reservations (ex. ########). This number would be on your DORA order sheet if your dealer provided one.
You only check once a day? You are not alone. I check every day too.
You would know if you had a reservation number as it would show up in your Ford account under Reservations. It is an eight digit number.
The WBDO four character order “number” (it can be alphanumeric) is what your dealer assigned when they placed an order for you. If you we’re a walk-in to a dealer that is all you’ll have. If so you’ll have to rely on your dealer, Ford chat or the order tracker for info.
The order tracker is not as informative as the back door tracker from the reservation page.

Well guys found out yesterday that I’ve been bumped to the 9/5 build week. Darn! I had a build date (8/31) and everything. Hopefully I get lucky and get bumped back here. Good luck with your build dates. I’ll go find the 9/5 group now!

Well, I couldn't wait until tonight to check. LOL!
I was bumped one day from 8/29 to 8/30. Said LATEST delivery date would be 9/8. We'll see! LOL!
