8/29/2022 Build Week Group

Well mine finally got bumped. I was 8/29....This morning it changed and I'm bumped to 9/12 week!

Another SAS that got bumped. Seems to be the trend. I'm just speculating, maybe the SAS wheels are an issue?

According to Ford Chat this past Saturday, I was bumped to 9/10 a Saturday. I bet if I bug em now. I will be in the 9/12 group.

By the way, non-samsquanch here.

I'm waiting to see if anyone is reporting window stickers yet.

The more I look into this, the more it looks like a total PITA. I mean like 80+% of the earlier sheets I looked at over the weekend are missing key date info and/or used text formatting to indicate some sort of status. Sorry, but I don't have the time to chase down hundreds to thousands of members who are quite possibly not active anymore. That's a bummer too... I was looking forward to this!

Not to say I still won't attempt something, but the early sheets have sporadic occurrence of reservation/order date, rare delivery date and other key markers and the model/option identifiers are free text fields. Not impossible, but a LOT of work. Maybe I'll start from the more recent sheets and walk backwards until it proves unfeasible.

Maybe if you're good in the sheets and you wanna help out, maybe the admins can let you in on it. I think you have to submit your data to be entered for these spreadsheets.

Yep. There's another one pertaining to reservations also.
In reality, that one (the link you provided) and the build week sheets should have most of the same info - with the build week sheets having more detailed build tracking info.
Unfortunately, all are sparsely populated. Attention span seems to wane once scheduled.
I suppose all could be merged in an attempt to fill in the gaps, but it's a TON of work.

I'm still in the process of starting with the 09-26-22 sheet and working backwards to paint a picture of recent data/trends. The only issue there is that it's all still fairly fluid and there's a trend to not do clean updates when weeks are getting bumped around.
Don't get me wrong... I like to chase all this around and do analytics (and get paid to do it in the real world), but have limited time to stay on top of more than a handfull of sheets. Because golf. There... I said it... I like to golf far more than I like to work!

I think it is the same reason why the window stickers are so late being produced. It would appear that Ford is constantly juggling around the schedule based on parts availability to maximize Bronco production and avoid incomplete Bronco's being built and then assigned to "Dirt/Ice/Mud Mountain for an interminable period".

Once a window sticker is produced it is locked into a production sequence.

We've lost quite a few SAS builds out of this week plus all of the Raptor builds. We have lost some other's as well. It is impossible to draw any conclusions as to what is really happening when any given B6G build week spreadsheet only has about 2% of the Broncos that will be built that week. E.G. the 8/29 group has about 60 active builds and I think they are building about 3000 Bronco's per week.
