7MT Crawl Gear Grind - Synchro?

Hi All - Just took delivery of my big bend this week and loving it! Does anyone know if C gear is synchro'd?

I slightly grinded mine this morning coming down into my underground parking garage. The weird thing was that I had the clutch disengaged (rolling down the downward sloped driveway) and got the noise. Stopped immediately, got out of C & re-shifted into C and the grind went away.

Is this because I didn't fully engage the gear, or a lack of a synchro type deal? Rookie with the MT here. Thanks!

Use mine a lot off-road and for C-2 shifts and never ground a gear.
Maybe user error? I wouldn’t worry about it unless it continues to happen.

I've been driving a B&W T18 since 1985, and another one before that.

It is synchronized, and you can go from C -> 1st.

If it continues to happen, take it in.
