Nice! I see what you did there! Yeah, I’m not really a fan of the color. I wanted Anti Matter blue but they had discontinued it. I was gonna go with black but the boss hit me with her logic that my last 3 cars were black & both my Harleys are black. I told her pick the color. Kicker is….people are say how much they like the color when they talk to me about the truck. Especially brutal when she’s with me

Almost got some off-roading time at a brush fire today but the stone wall looked a bit too high to jump so I settled for propping her up on the bank (you can almost see my Bronco way at the end)

Thankfully yes, someone just decided a high fire danger day was a good day to burn brush, and oh it got away from you? Huh. Didn’t see that coming…. Thankfully all our local volunteer mutual aid companies came together and put it out quick! And then when ours was wrapping up someone in one of the mutual aid towns decided they’d have a bright idea and do the same thing. it’s dry and windy people!!!! And especially don’t do it next to a hill…or your house!!! People people

In Bronco news, we installed Rough Country power steps yesterday! Total pain to install, instructions are completely wrong for a 2dr They look great though and no more pinch weld visible! Up next are my Hammer Built fog lights, super excited since it only took me a good year+ to finally make my choice

Love the mod. Trying to talk myself into 33” K03’s and the DV8 MTO rear bumper with Diode Dynamics 3” flood reverse lights flush mounted & red back lit running. Need the 33s to clear the curbs in the mall in the fight for parking and brighter reverse lights so I don’t flatten the unattended ankle biters, phone distracted Tweens and self entitled parents. Mall crawling life ain’t easy! Tough quandary cause I’m retired and can’t afford the mods, can’t afford to get sued & and have a ring boss to answer to.

I have the itch for new toys too, I still want an over windshield light bar like the old KC highlights, but $$$ and would I use it enough….. but it would look good

We installed my other new shinny toy to Moose over the weekend. I have been looking at fog light options for my mod bumper since day 1. I finally made my decision and I’m beyond happy! I went with Hammer Built’s flush mount setup with Baja Design’s S1’s. Install was pretty easy and straightforward. The bracket is metal and power coated…great quality!

Hammer Built was fantastic to work with, I’ll be buying from them again! I think I’m done with any new mods for a hot minute…a rear bumper is next but that’ll probably take me a good year to decide

Hay fam! I slipped another little small upgrade in today. My hubby got me metal side badges for our anniversary (I got him a nice bottle of bourbon) and we put them on today. I love them! Hope everyone is having a great summer!
