I'd guess 7/12 week had to be Bronco's biggest production week to date. I've seen plenty of last weeks folks post about already receiving shipping info. But I haven't noticed MIC Broncos heading out yet.

Obviously, MICs are going through a perhaps more vigorous QC. But are you hearing anything about "bad top" failure rates?....or how Broncos with bad tops will be re-sequenced into salvation?

Any bad tops that has the graffiti on it were likely corrected at the plant. As far as what’s in the field, none that I’ve heard. There’s one guy that posted a water leak on the forum but it needs to be duplicated and taken to the dealership first before we assume it’s a faulty roof or roof seal.

I didn't pay REAL close attention to the 6/30-7/1 builds since I wasn't in that group....but that's the time many MICs were photographed with 'bad top' written on them. I'm kinda/sorta thinking the majority of those Broncos are still at MAP. My dealer says (I know...I know) he has 2 Broncos built 2 months ago STILL not released by QC.

Anyone know for sure?

Doubtful. It just means they haven’t built yours yet. We found out the plant was behind. They have the parts for yours. Just hasn’t been put together yet, or they haven’t reported that it’s built yet. Try again next week

It’s not broken per se (assuming you’re referring to the email). Just because it’s built doesn’t mean you’re getting the email. The email comes when it’s built AND you have a shipment window. Thats when the email comes.
