Hey @Dantastic I ran across this thread due to your case above. Just wanted to follow up and see if you ever got your check from Ford for the other $4,300?

I'm in a situation where I'm not sure if my dealer is trying to screw me out of my MY private offer. For months, I've had a $2,925 private offer in SmartVincent following my 2023MY bronco order back in Nov 22. (Based on a 2021 reservation.) Now that I've asked for price protection as well, they're saying the system was wrong and that they can do the $4,350 price protection but the private offer was incorrect and that it was an "either/or" scenario. I'm not convinced as it seems some folks were awarded both.

Just got a 4,030.00 check in the mail today from my dealer. So it is short about $300.00 but I'll take it and call it a win.

I got distracted by all the excitement of taking delivery and other ‘life’ stuff that I forgot to post the shots after being delivered a week ago. Put on the rock sliders the next day and the new wheels go on later today. (Fifteen52 Desert Bronze Range HD 17x8.5 0mm)

I have a Chevy Colorado ZR2 on order as well, which is/was my backup plan but I’m really happy with the Bronco so far. Even after all the abuse. Hang in there everyone still waiting!

Mine is currently at the rail yard in SLC and I was curious how long yours was there. Mines coming to Vernal so yours is the closest & most recent I can find to reference.

I don’t have anything to confirm it exactly but that was possibly the only quick part of my process.

All I know looking back at updates from my sales rep is that it was in Nebraska on July 7th and then landed at the dealer on July 11th. I would guess no more than 48 hours at the rail yard.

Added context that on the 11th there were three truckloads of units (mixed models) that turned up at my dealer that day so mine maybe just made the cut for getting on the trucks that day or they had a big shipment land all at once.

Sad thing is some were able to be sold with the Recall. Mine had the recall active and was still sold to me. I've been told parts are not available until the end of the year to complete the recall service. Hopefully, they are prioritizing the held-up sales.

Well my bronco finally arrived at the dealer on Wednesday, to only find out I can't pick it up until the recall parts are in, which they don't have an eta of when they will be in. This is probably the worst knowing it's here and I can't have it....ugh ford really messed up on this one. So annoyed!

The parts finally shipped and was able to take my bronco home on Tuesday September 5th. Everything I've been waiting for. Parts are available in Ottawa. Thanks everyone.

Checking in…. Replaced the 4 tweeters few weeks ago and added the kicker sub with fusion amp yesterday. Complete game changer from our stock setup. If anyone has any questions feel free to hit me up.

After putting a few light scratches on my plastic unprotected gas tank, got a JcrOffroad fuel tank skid sitting in my garage waiting to be installed along with RC bushings. Also have the OEM transfer skid being delivered today.

All in all, this vehicle is still a joy to drive and 100% worth our crazy waits! Glad to hear your speaker install went well @jehceappa.

I'm at 6,566 miles on the odometer. What's everyone else at and how are you enjoying your rigs?

I am loving my rig @4k, I have noticed a few micro dings on the bonnet i think they may be due to road debris.

There seems to be a loud wind leak noise passenger left side especially over 60mph but the Ford service rep says it sounds like a Bronco is supposed to sound.

With this exception (wind leak noise) I am loving everything about the vehicle.

How much work… would just replacing the speaker behind the passenger head make any difference. I have B&O

Super easy for the base 6 speaker system 15 minutes of work, buy some harness wiring and no need to splice either. Although I don’t see many with the B&O system upgrading the tweeters so may not be worth it for you guys.

I've had my truck for 4 months now and so far so good. Bought a house just before getting the truck so haven't had time to really enjoy it off road yet, but hope to soon.

Haven't seen any post about delivery since August so I assume everyone has finally gotten delivery?

Doing great! I' m right at 15k miles getting ready for my 3rd oil change. I have continual problems with my blue tooth, they'll fix it once, then the system will manifest different issues and they fix something else. It's never the same. First no one could hear me and they replaced the mic in the overhead console. now if i call someone the ring sound and they voice is all just very loud static. Completely un useable. And it's going in for its second visit for the easy entry not working properly. Outside if this I love mine! Ohh and headed to Texas off-rodeo on the 24th if this month!!

That "sounds" pretty annoying for that BT issue.

I am also approaching 15,000 miles and my third oil change here in a couple of weeks. Haven't had any issues, other than having to have the front passenger window reset by the dealer. My wife and I did the Moab Off-Roadeo in March. It was amazing ... like wheeling on Mars.
