I've reached out to the dealership...they are more in the dark than we are. I've reached out to Ford twice in a few months (you CAN'T email Ford, but you CAN Facebook message them...wtf?). The first time the rep just sent me the link to the order tracker. I already have this, and without a VIN, it's useless. There wasn't a single answer to any of my questions, just assumptions. The second time, a rep called to tell me she'll call me within the next 2 days. Thanks for the heads up, I guess? Of course, this never happened. I don't have a clue what my "timestamp" is, or that it's actually even relevant based on these posts. Zero communication, no answers, and not a single solution. Sometimes I wish they would have just not brought the Bronco back at all, because this has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. I'm still waiting on my email, and if nothing happens by the end APR, I'm out. I'll just go buy a Jeep or or Toyota and wash my hands of Ford forever. And don't give me that shit about "I'm sure they'll be so sad to lose one customer, crybaby!" That's not the point. I don't desire to shop around, but buying power with a trade-in diminishes by the day and it's nothing but delays and silence. This is starting to be the new normal of customer service, or lack thereof …..inconsistency, incompetency and lack of proper follow up. And I know readers of this post are going to throw their two cents in about "throwing a tantrum" and I guess I'll take the mature, responsible adult approach in response: You can fuck right off too.

Someone earlier today mentioned that their dealer said it could be around 8-10 weeks between build and delivery. That seems a little crazy to me, it we’ll see. We will hopefully all be getting delivery estimates in mid-May.
Nah, too long. I ordered a BMW in April 2006 and between date of manufacture (April 20) and delivery it was 4 weeks (May 22). That's for a car built at BMW's Munich, Germany plant and a boat ride to New Jersey.

Reserved, ordered and slapped money down on a Wildtrak. Haven't gotten shit. Completely turned off by the process and lack of communication. About to say fuck Ford. Will probably cancel. Those Toyotas are looking pretty spiffy. Maybe a Jeep. Who even gives a shit anymore? Eat shit.
I got 3 of 4 my build emails today! The wife and kids are good to go but still waiting on mine.
