How do I use this back door link?

It only works if you paid the $100 on ford.com for a reservation (before they discontinued that) and then converted to an order at a dealer. If you walked into a dealer and placed an order, the link does not work. You'll have to rely on the dealer.

So, if you had a reservation, you were sent an 8 digit number that became your order number. You can see it under ford.com account under my orders. You take those 8 digits and replace the xxxs in this this link:

https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=xxxxxxxx

Just clicking on that link won't work, you have to put in your 8 digit number.

4/20 build day for me. Does anyone know what average timeframe people are seeing between build day and delivery?

My First build had a Blend date of 1/4 and was at my dealer in Upstate NY on 1/12. Picked it up on 1/13

My first order build date was 3/9. It was “built” on 3/27. It’s still sitting waiting shipment. Hope you’re not in a big hurry!

Okay Im extremely confused whether some Ford Chat Agents are just not giving the right info or if it's their system thats messing up.

1. Ford Chat a week ago said I have a locked in 4/9 date because I already have a Rotation Number. I found out the next day that I got bumped to 4/14 and that the rotation number didn't mean anything without the window sticker.

2. Ford Chat this morning at 11am PST said my 4/14 date got bumped to 4/18 week (without a day yet).

3. Ford Chat this afternoon about 2pm PST said I am still a 4/14 date. I mentioned to the new agent saying the previous one said I had a 4/18 and that the build day wasn't updated yet. However, they said they don't have any records of it being pushed to 4/18 and that my 4/14 build day is the most updated one.

At this point I have no clue when it's getting built. Could be tomorrow, or could be tomorrow...2023.

Yeah, my dealer is still tracking a 4/11 build week with a 4/14 build day. Sent her a screen shot of the back door link and she still insist I have a 4/14 build date.

Not surprised at all over the disconnect, been that way from day one.

3rd bump, was 4/11, now week of 4/18. Verified by the back door link, dealer emailed I was still a 4/11 build, can only guess they didn’t take the time to check and gave me old info.

He didn't take the time... if you go to the Chat option, in the drop down menu in the 'Contact Us ' section at the bottom of the Ford website, an agent will give you most current status...'

Was here with my daughter's BB. But she moved onto 4/25.

Now I am here from 4/11 with my wife's OBX after having a 4/12 & 4/14 build DAY. 4th weekly bump. Confirmed by my dealer and the backdoor tracker.
