UPDATE: Ford dealership called me yesterday and said that they had been able to "replicate" the issue and that they replaced a wiring harness and that it was all fixed. Went to go pick it up and literally as I was driving off the lot it happened again. Super frustrating. It's now in for their final chance to fix it before I pursue a lemon law buyback. Unfortunate, but this particular issue makes the truck dangerous to drive.
Ah man...so sorry. I'm keeping my Jeep for at least 5k miles on the Bronco just for that reason. The QA on these is a crap shoot..somewhere in your Bronco, some fuse, wire, or plug is not fully seated by some assembly line worker and it has taken your Bronco dream and tossed it into your face.

I wonder if they have checked the error codes to see if there are any indications as to a possible bad module.

This is my worse nightmare.... Right next to being stranded off road because of a fuel pump giving up or an Alternator issue.

Happened to me too (posted awhile back). It's been 6 weeks without the Bronco. Still haven't had it home since I bought it. Ford finally is transporting it to my local dealer to continue the diagnosis.

Did they say which harness it was?
