2022 F-150 Platinum Side Badge??

Hey all,

My father in law just got home with his brand new platinum f-150....is this right?? This side badge is pretty low budget if it is the final piece....
My assumption is that it was a cover that protects the finished badge underneath but nope, there's nothing under there. Anyone have a platinum that can confirm??

That is not the correct badge for a platinum (or any F150). I'm not sure what that is......
