2022 Bronco Outerbanks

Me and my husband ordered a 2022 Bronco in October. One thing I specifically asked for was the black/roast leather/vinyl interior and I was told by the dealer that leather was not an option although when i did a sim build online it offered it. I am now learning that it actually was an option and that this is a must for power seat option which I was not disclosed by dealer. I am somewhat upset because of how much money I will be paying for a vehicle that does not have a feature I specifically asked for. What can I do it production date is confirmed (initially January 6 but now pushed back to March). Seems that with my production date being pushed back so far this mistake on the dealers behalf can be reconciled.

I just wonder what the durability is of cloth? Pros and cons? Stain resistance? Etc? I’ve never had cloth for lots of reasons.

I wouldn’t stress it. I have the roast leather, but with the money you saved you could do custom katzkin leather anyway you want it and even add some cool designs to it too. The only thing you’re really missing out on is the rear arm rest/cup holders if you went with a 4 door.

The only thing I suggest is Ford customer service, but it might be too late now!
why didn’t you deal with this when the dealer mis-informed you, why did you wait until now?

You may be able to get it corrected if you can show Ford that it was the Dealer's mistake.

I would say though that the OBX roast cloth interior is probably the most "authentic" bronco interior offered. Those brown ribbed cloth seats scream nostalgia and look great.

Roast cloth is absolutely awesome and vintage Bronco if that matters to you, but I would be upset if I wanted leather plus the rear cup holders and power seats leather brings. I would try to contact Ford customer care directly and see what can be done. What exterior color you getting? I’m doing Velocity Blue which looks great with roast. So does Eruption Green and several others.

It seems to be very durable but it depends on what you do with it. Will you be off roading? Doing lots of outdoor activities where you get dirty?

I was going to suggest this exact same thing. Before I ordered my bronco I was planning on having my Suby interior redone with katzkin and was surprised how affordable it was. Not to mention the insane number of custom options you have. If OP really wants leather Interior I think Katzkin is a better option than factory IMO.
