Have a pretty stock 2021 big bend (no lift or anything) and it is getting to be time to replace the factory 32" tires. Any recommendations on tires I should put on next? Could I do 33's without a lift?

Thank you in advance!

Yes you can. I just put Mickey Thompson 285/70/17s on mine and love them so far. Only have about 1500 miles on them and just street use so far, but love they way the look

If you didn't mind the stock tires, take off sets (rims/tires/tpms) go for around $300-400 here, can't put new rubber on for that.

I went with 255/75R17 Goodyear Wranger Duratrak RTs on my Big Bend, and definitely recommend them. They are relatively quiet, did not adversely affect gas mileage, are awesome in snow and look great. Also, there was no effect on the firmware, sensors, etc. They are slightly under 33" tall. In most cases (for me) I will not need a taller tire or a lift.

33's no problem. Up to 35's if you pull the crash bars (although you may get some rubbing if you go off road).

For recommendations, really depends on what you do with your Bronco. Most are looking at All-Terrains (AT) for on-road/off-road dual purpose use, but if you lean more towards one or the other you may think about going a different direction.

The golden standards right now (all 3-peak snow rated as well). All of these are available in many, many different sizes

- BFG KO2s (either you love them or hate them) -- they have a new KO3 that is available in limited sizes
- Falken Wildpeak AT4W
- Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT

There are plenty of other great tires as well, these are just the most popular that I see / hear of all the time on Broncos and other similar vehicles.

I'd throw out the spoiler Mickey Baja Boss 255/85R17 as an often overlooked option - a 34" pizza cutter that fits well and I think looks sharp on the Broncos.

The thought to look for takeoffs is a very good idea too - can often find great deals.

You can do 33” no problem. You don’t mention what kind of driving you do - how much on-road/off-road or what your goals are. Meaning are you looking for quiet ride, comfortable ride, handling on-road, mileage etc. tires are always a compromise between different things. Since you have a big bend and you’ve been on the stock tires with no lift I will assume you spend most of your time on-road and really want a tire that’s maybe a little bigger and more aggressive looking but still primarily gives the benefits of an on-road tire. I would recommend either bf Goodrich trail terrain, or Firestone destination AT2 in a 285 70/17 size. Both are relatively light, quiet, comfortable tires with good rolling resistance (better gas mileage), and decent light off-road capability. BF Goodrich a teeny bit better off-road on gravel and Firestone a teeny bit better handling on-road and in rain. Keep in mind the stock big bend tires are extremely light (about 36 lbs), so any new tire will increase unsprung weight and decrease acceleration a bit. The tires I mention are also relatively light so it shouldn’t be too noticeable. Good luck.

I bought a couple take off Big Bend spares. LOL, almost half the cost of new tires and I've got extra rims.
