This is a Plug and Play, power upgrade engineered for the Bronco's, both 2.3L and 2.7L. With user-selectable maps and no ECU flashing, it delivers safe, effective horsepower, torque, and fuel economy improvements on demand.
2.3L owners should expect 29 Horsepower/33 lb-ft Torque over the stock numbers, that being in Map 7 (the most aggressive map).
2.7L owners should expect up to 44 Horsepower/ 90 lb-ft Torque increase over stock, again being in Map 7.
While I was a bit skeptical of the "20% Increase in MPG" claim, I have to say while driving normally, MPG was definitely 1-2 higher than my usual.
The most impressive part, at least while I was using the TuneX, was the bluetooth & app. You can literally change the power level on the fly without flaw, and even disable it if you wish. The change happens within a second of you pushing the button on your phone.
Right now, with the 20% off, it's a great deal for someone who doesn't want to stress with flashing the ECU with a custom tune, or is still under warranty, but want that extra power.
