Rule #4 - The listing must include an asking price. OBO (or best offer) is allowed but it must be accompanied by an asking price.

Husky 2 inch hitch extension. Extension portion is 10 inches. Overall length is 17 inches.

I used this to clear the rear tire with my bike carrier. Other uses too!
