Hi! Finally got my 2 door after a year and a half wait and boy do I love it...

Wondering if anyone has a solution for the wind noise that I am attributing to the luggage rack.... not horrible, but certainly noticable!

  • Considering removing the factory rack for everyday use
  • Wondering if anyone has done this and results
  • Also wondering if anyone with a 2 door and factory luggage rack know where Ford might have placed the covers that go on the top of the Windshield to cover the luggage rack mounts if you didn't have the rack?
Thanks in advance!

Good question where do they put the roof rack covers at. I haven't picked up my 2 door Bronco yet but I was thinking the same thing about the covers.

They're supposed to put the covers in the glove box

Thanks! Found the plastic bag with them in it under the passenger seat! Maybe when the dealer was doing their prep they got moved.... I had looked in all the compartments I could find but not simply under the seat... sometimes the simple hiding place is the hardest to find!

I have taken my roof rack off a few different times. It is super easy and quick. It definitely has less noise. But doesn’t cure all of it. I have it to where I can take it off or put it back on in under 10 minutes.

This is right, even with it removed there is still noise from the roof panel seal.
