Hi~ I'm looking for a front and rear dashcam... due to my car getting side swiped two weeks out the lot. Think its the car curse people warned me about. Thankfully the damage was minimal enough for me to not bother claiming for insurance, since I live in a no-fault state. Didn't wanna bother with insurance claim hassles for a dent on my bumper that's barely visible. But I want to be more careful in the future... I live in an area that is ... popular with fender-benders and all sorts of accidents (.. so bad drivers).
Does anyone have any recommendation for dashcams that work well and are reasonably prices? Looking at less that 200$, fairly easy to install. I checked out blackboxmycar and got was 'recommended' the Thinkware Q200 2K front 1080 back. Specs look okay and claim to easily accessed via mobile app but Amazon reviews were mixed about that and kinda turned me off. Please send recs, and would love to see pictures of your setups and wiring tricks!
