First you need your railcar initials and number from your dealer. Then do this for CSX:

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

If you're not on a CSX train, look on page 60 of this thread where all the rail tracking instructions are spelled out.

My EDD was 3/23 before they dropped it from the tracker, but 15 days from MAP to SAT sounds reasonable to me. Good Luck to us all!

Lol! It took the past week for my train to go from Detroit -> Louisville, KY -> Cincinnati, OH -> Chicago, IL. I mean, it’s only like a 4 hr drive from Detroit to Chi-town! Logistics are goofy, but I need this thing turn west asap!

The tracker is working, I think, but it still shows "in production" for me too. I had a 2/26 blend, in production on 2/28 and nothing more. I'm really hoping we're not sitting at Ice Mountain.

Mine just got delivered to the dealer. Picking it up Friday. Last Friday, I called the dealer and they told me "delivery window is 3/6 thru 3/12"

Mine just got delivered to the dealer. Picking it up Friday. Last Friday, I called the dealer and they told me "delivery window is 3/6 thru 3/12"

Nope. Never showed up in the tracker or on my ford account. This afternoon, the tracker updated to "shipped"

I stopped by the dealership today just to discuss a few things. They are giving me a really good trade in on my escape, being that it gets 30mpg I'm sure that helps with the current trend in gas prices. I was told mine is on the rail car but its still waiting to leave Michigan. It needs to be full before it leaves. I was told it will make a stop in Ohio and NY to unload vehicles going in other directions from those points and from there it will make its way to Mass and then come up to Maine by truck. My EDD is still March 21st but I was told that can be delayed by up to a week depending on when the train leaves Michigan.

Man your dealer is a lot more resourceful than mine. My tracker says In Production and my dealer says he can’t anything more than that

They pushed the production to March 14 week.
But looks like that wont be very reliable? I wont be surprised to get another notification this weekend on further delays..
