My 2/23 blend just had an EDD update from 3/31 to 3/29 but still shows in production, so I'm hopeful the EDD is somewhat indicative of parts supply and line progress. 
Along with mods and the tear tag, the Sync 4 was also updated but it doesn't show up in my FordPass app as a "real" vehicle yet. FWIW, I have a zero option 4 door BD from the previous build week that took 5 days to update from In Production to Built. It's shipped now but still shows a 3 digit tear tag so that theory is out the window.
The only true constant is that everyone's Bronco ordering experience is unique despite the fact it should be standardized across the board. Oh well...
