18 inch Outer Banks wheels on a Sasquatch

This may sound questionable, but I’m looking for a cheap winter beater set up using a second set of used wheels.

Does anyone have photos of the 18 inch Outer Banks wheels with standard tires installed on a Sasquatch vehicle?

Google returns nothing.

I know it may look a bit crappy and the circumference will be about 2 inches out……

The offset is +55 on the stock OBX wheels, I would imagine if you are running the stock tires on them they should be okay but would look sort of funny. Throw some standard fender flares on too and it won’t look as strange.

That’s going to look awful isn’t it!! Damn.

This is why I want to see photos.

I think it would drive me crazy driving 5-6 months like that.

The offset difference is about +15mm which will take The sidewall to just inside the Squatch fender. I never recommend spacers, but maybe a solve for you.

if it just the looks of the smaller diameter, keep in mind it not a huge difference in actual diameter. Those Squatch ”35’s” measure out to about 33” under load vs the OBX stock of about 32”. I think you’ll be able to get a good visual reference by searching OBX stock wheels on a 1.5” lift.

I agree, spacers are a bad idea. I’d want to avoid that. Thanks.

The OBX wheel is +55mm and the Squatch OEM wheel is about +30mm offset leaving that difference of only +15mm moving inboard. That’s basically the difference to keep the two different width tires roughy centered to the same steering geometry line. I do not think they will poke, they should be just barely inside the fender.

Here's a shot of my Outer banks non-squach with Eibach 2.0 lift. I kept the stock 18's, and put 35's on.

That looks cool. Did you use spacers?

Finally, I found a set of Wildtrak wheels for sale. Should be problem solved.
I might actually get them painted and use them as the summer wheels.
