2024 Wildtrak hi/lux here. My navigation used to display across the entire 12” display, now is only shown on approximately 8” of the screen and the right sidebar showing audio source / zone lighting/ trip info etc is always on. Is there a way to turn the sidebar off or was this part of some B.S. update?

Thanks, I’ll give it a try. I stream YouTube TV thru a MagicBox and it was awesome full screen.

question on the magic box. Is it pretty easy to set up? I’ve heard mixed reviews but want to get one if they are pretty stable.

The magic box works well. I had it in my 2020 F150 and moved it to my new Bronco. It’s fairly easy to setup. I mounted mine behind the glovebox so it’s out of sight. I ran the USB cord out under the dash and have it plugged in just above the Bronco’s wireless charging pad. To stream YouTube TV, Netflix, Paramount etc. I turn on my personal hotspot on my phone and connect the WiFi of the Magic Box to the hotspot. Works great!!!
One thing I figured out long along with connectivity issues with it was that I had to forget my home WiFi network on the Magic Box. It would try and connect to it when I started the vehicle inside my garage then disconnect as I drove away from the house. Once I figured this out, I haven’t had anymore connectivity issues.

So wait, you drive and watch tv at the same time? Like it isn't bad enough with all the people texting and driving now we got people watching Oprah too? 🤦‍♂️

Where in this thread did it say I “drive” and watch tv at the same time? The thread was about a question I had on the 12” screen. And for the record, I would never watch Oprah.

Let's call it an assumption based on the information provided. 🤷‍♂️

I was interested in one for my passenger who is a point A to point B person and doesn’t really care about the journey in between, a drive over an hour is like torture for her. I figure I give her a 12” display and all her streaming apps…she’s happy and I’m free to take the long way to wherever we are going.

Win, win.
