At least you know where it’s at. You’ll get it soon enough!Bronco built 11/22. Shipped 12/3 made to Portland Oregon not sure when. Called my dealer and he said they have 72 vehicles to be transported to Central Oregon. Now too many cars and not enough transport trucks. Not sure when it will ship but definitely after Christmas. Good New is looks like I got the Stereo upgrade.
About that lol, called ford again... looks like mine is still sitting at MAP and ready to ship just has not been picked up from the rail people... been released since 11/23After reading about the behind the scenes at a rail yard I’m quite surprised they actually show up at all.![]()
Being given a specific ESTIMATE…I’m stuck at MAP as well it appears. Communication has been great from my dealer, Tomball Ford, but seems they don’t necessarily trust the Ford systems either - net net is they see what’s in the system but either don’t trust it will be delivered per the EDD or know there’s a possibility the tracker just hasn’t updated.
Direct quote from the dealer,
“According to my records, I still see that your bronco has been released from the micro chip hold but it has not left the factory. I don’t see it to be here by the end of the month unless it has been on the road and the system has not been updated. Please email me on Friday and let’s check again for you.’
Being given a very specific date range for delivery that no one believes is my frustration.
Yep. Now literally going to be ice mountain again sitting under 2 feet of snow, who knows what is what until that melts. Meanwhile people built after you going to the same region were loaded straight away onto a train. Absolutely infuriating. Oh and if it is lost neither Ford support or your Dealer can do anything about it they just say “we are at the mercy of shipping”. It’s an expensive product. Find it, figure it out, how is this so difficult.I have a feeling that those of us without a shipping notification might be facing an ice mountain situation. It seems that if your rig doesn't go straight from production line to a train then they seem to get lost for a while.
