How on earth are people getting train car trackers? Even if they are bad.... My dealer basically told me to go fly a kite until the end date to my delivery time frame and if it's not here by then, I can call back.

Just feeling so in the dark and like others I have to be able to take off work, sell a truck, and let the bank know.

Get the train car # from Ford Chat and then use @Bronco_Skillz links to call CSX automated line. It's been helpful for me!

I find that reaching out to Ford chat has been more productive in the afternoons when they aren’t overwhelmed with calls in queue.

Yes, Ford chat has been my best info. They gave me a rail car number but since I shipped cn I still could not track. They updated me on current location though so that worked. Now I am tracking United roads as they deliver from rail to dealer in the south. I am now showing delivery to dealer on Monday!

My bronc has been in Illinois for the last few days. No rail car # so I am guessing I will be sitting in the railyard for awhile. Not sure how it will get to my dealer next week like Ford has been saying.

Man I wish I was on the same train! Almost the same destination and the same Black Diamond model! Maybe it is and Ford just can't see that info
