I talked to chat today and they couldn’t give me a build date yet. They also said they had no idea why I was bumped, they’re just “trying their hardest.” They told me to contact my dealer for those questions, I told her the dealers have no idea about anything, I know more than them. She never responded back to that.

Sounds like you got one of the less enthusiastic phone support operators. Maybe her enthusiasm got delayed until 2023!

Yep, I had the same problem a few minutes ago. I had the misfortune to chat with someone who identified themself as “Quenyun.” Quenyun insisted that I contact my dealer’s sales rep to answer my questions. After several back-and-forths, and going absolutely nowhere, I finally asked if Quenyun was going to provide me with a build date or not. Quenyun responded, “I do not see a build date on your order at this moment. The dealer will have more information on this.” When I asked for a build week, Quenyun responded, ”No build week available at this moment Rick.” I indicated to Quenyun that the website showed a build week of 6/20 and asked whether that information was still valid. Quenyun replied, “Please allow me a few minutes to research this information.” Within a minute Quenyun responded, “Scheduled to Day (2022-06-20).” How pathetic, too lazy to do the research and then lied about it. Obviously, not trusting the information provided by Quenyun, I called the Ford Customer Relations Center. I spoke to a nice gentleman who confirmed I had a build to day date of 6/20/2022.

Brianna on the Ford chat says I have a scheduled date of 6/27/22. My email last week said 6/20, so it looks like I will be hanging with yall unless there is another bump.

welll... we were just bumped to 06/27....boo our first bump and hopefully no more changes. I am really happy to see many 2020 orders being built the week of 06/20 though!

Fingers crossed we are all in this to the finish.

Same deal here i've been bumped dumped and thumped by this whole thing. On top of that I've never been able to track my build on the ford website. VIN + Order Number just keeps saying I have a bogus order number. They're telling me I have a 6/20/22 build week but I'm not holding my breath. Although I have to say misery loves company thank you all for posting your frustration here, it helps!

My question is what happens to the later build days in this week if MAP shuts down for most of July? Will a Thursday/Friday build sit potentially 99% finished for almost a month or if we get these later days we're still good to go?

Crazy but I moved back to the 6/20 week with a Friday 6/24 build date. Assuming I will be back here with a Friday build but optimistic that they moved me back/up.

orig week of 7/25/22, then bumped to 6/20/22, and now I've landed in 6/27/22

Don’t beat me up, but for whatever it’s worth, I got pushed up from 7/25/22 to 6/27/22. Hope that sticks and is good news for us all!

Me too. Checked the backdoor link today and moved from 7/25 to 6/27. Unexpected, but I'll take it.
