Did you get built and shipped emails though? Or only saw through Tracker it was built/ shipped?

I got a “built” email well after I saw “built” on trackers. No “shipped” email… yet.

Yesterday the tracker updated that vehicle was built. Got the email this morning that it was built with am estimated arrival at dealer between 7/2 and 7/8. This is a little different than what ford customer service said last week. Not complaining. Just an FYI for those still waiting

My first delivery window was 6/22-6/28 Monday they told me to call back today for a new eta now it’s 7/16-7/22 so hard telling when I’m gonna see this thing

It's really strange. Chat quoted a 7/10-7/16 delivery window again for me this morning but I don't have any confidence it will hold considering it's coming via rail and I'm still in production. I'm now just assuming that we are in this season's version of dirt/ice mountain and they're avoiding more bad press by just not telling us we're on chip hold.

Ford Chat is up and running today. Each time I contact them, they give me less information. I'll just continue stalking CSX! My delivery date is 7/1-7/7...and it just left St. Louis...final destination of Georgetown, TX. Don't see this realistically happening.

It's probably some other device that needs a chip, like the LTE modem, HVAC, etc. I'm convinced that it's Dirt Mountain 4.0 and they're just not talking about it anymore.

EDIT: I bothered chat again. And they are giving less info. They used to tell me it is produced (6/10), and going through final checks. Now they just tell me it's in production and due to the dealer on the 13th

Same boat. I texted my salesman after that convo. He's going to see if he has any more info on his side.
