Railway/Tracking info:
CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific (UP)
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

Norfolk Southern (NS)
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

Anyone else shocked at how slow rail apparantly moves? This is the first time I think that i've consciously known something was traveling on rail, but its surprising that it takes weeks, maybe a month, to move something 2000 miles.

It was faster than I thought. It was like 10 days to AZ so I thought it was dam fast but my timing might have been good. Sat as long at the train depot waiting for a truck. I should have been delivered to the dealer today or yesterday. Shipped on a Thursday and first stop was Blue Island Ill to switch trans and was there on Monday. Thursday it was on to KS. I was hoping it traveled all weekend. Monday it was in AZ at the train depot. 10 days from shipped to waiting for a truck to the dealer.

Picked her up today, And they were able to sort out the issue with the Transition offer and Modification offer.

Dealer said they got 3 truck loads today and I saw 2 of them. Mine is there but will not be prepped until Thursday or Friday.

Awesome. Congratulations! When you say worked out, they applied both certificates? Did they subtract those from the window sticker price or the price at the time you re ordered for 2023?

Yes so when I signed it had both included into the price and came off the sticker price. They originally said the transition offer would not be off the price and instead as a check, but in the end it was.

My dealer said....
My dealer told me that when they got the order, they went ahead and applied for the offer. We will see, but hope it was like your experience.

The tracker reverted back to “Order Confirmed” last night but it updated to Shipped first thing this morning. Estimated delivery per tracker and email is now 4/17-4/23!
