02/28/22 Build Week Thread

Ok called Ford service. They are showing that my build is still in production but has an ETA of 3/23. So cautiously optimistic.

The ETA in Northern California is the 25th-28th so the 23rd sounds about right for AZ.

My tracker is showing built, but JCT site shows pending shipment. I called my dealer and they see it as awaiting transport and should arrive by the weekend! My tear tag is 3 digits.

basically just got the same update today. my dealer told me between today and saturday they expect it to arrive. im getting excited that its actually happening.

Finally, Ford's order and tracking website update

mine popped exact same This AM. my dealer stated my delivery is between today and saturday. so the wait is almost over!! shipping from MAP to Milwaukee

Well after finally getting a build date and blend date of 2/28 with window sticker, I get this lovely email from my salesman this morning.

"I’ve been watching all of you guys that are produced and haven’t shipped and have mid-ish March ETA and I think we’re going to run into some delays. Not sure if it’s chip related or what but it usually doesn’t take this long to be released. I’ll keep an eye on everything and let you know what Ford says in the next coming days. But prepare for your ETA to be pushed back."

It's only been 510 days what's another 2 months. .

BB, 2.3, mic, mid, CG, non Sas.

Great. I was an early blend date on 3/3 and have been stuck in production since, with a three digit tear tag still. Now I wonder how long this is going to take.

Well I got bad news. 3/2 blend date 1702/2179. Been in production since the 2nd with no movement. I do have modules and a 4 digit tear.

I reached out to my dealer who told me he has multiple orders in the same status and he believes they are going to put mine on a chip hold. Just when I thought there was light at the end of the tunnel

Anyone else being told this?

I don't know if I buy that. I'm 78/2179. Wildtrak, lux, mic and mine just got shipped.

i second that. BL - 4 dr - 7 speed - MIC - High pkg - and mine was built and shipped within a week.

I’m at Sanderson ford (Glendale) and my sales guy told me 3/25 so it lines up. I was 3/1 blend and the tracker only updated to built last night

Oohhhh making me feel better now. Still being very cautiously optimistic, not the first time Ford has pulled the rug out from underneath.

I just checked on chat and was confirmed as still in production but produced. I clarified that the produced status meant built and they sad yes. Show an EDD of 28 MAR. Dealer shows same of produced but primary status is in production and EDD of 22MAR-28MAR. So I choose to be an optimist and think someone is just lazy not updating the primary status. Tear tag still shows 3 alpha but others in older build groups confirmed they had theirs show up at dealer while still showing in production and 3 tear tag.

I called Ford customer service line this morning and they told me that even though it is still showing in production I have an ETA of 3/23. So hope is still alive.
