The dealer should have it, some will provide it to customers other pretend they don't know. My rep doesn't know anything... so ...
But try calling them.

Just called Ford Bronco hotline since I can't seem to access the tracker. My ETA got moved from 3/12 to 3/9, still showing In Production.

800-392-3673 is the main number...then when I got the Rep, I asked to be transferred to the Bronco hotline. There is actually a bronco hotline number that someone had posted...I just don't have it.

The lady on the phone said that the dealer had the most up to date info and tracking. But unfortunately, my dealer has been of ZERO help when it comes to any status update. They just tell me...what you see if what we see. LAZY!

So in reading all of these comments has anyone gotten the email actually from Ford?
I was a blend date 2/7
EDD was and still is 3/10/22
Tracker shows shipped

but still no confirmation email from Ford and my dealer keeps saying that he gets an email from Ford when its on the way to dealer....

I am trying to be patient but hearing all you chat about ship dates and what not makes me just want to know. My dealer is zero help. Even if Ford tells me nothing at least I know my edd of 03/06 is sticking.

Called Bronco hotline. Said built and waiting shipping. They suggested I stalk my dealership

No communication from my dealer.
Found my VIN, window sticker, production week, build date, EDD, and my rail car number thanks to this forum and the backdoor links and my F5 key.

Called the csx hotline today and my rig is in Hammond, IN. as of yesterday!

Still no emails from Ford. It would be cool to get a line photo.
