Got the railcar number.... arrived Gainsville, TX this morning at 630 AM so hopefully the switch to UP and placement in Mesquite doesn't take forever......

Picked up today. My wife and I can't really even believe the wait ended today, the whole day was surreal. Hang in there folks, its so worth it!

Well, my Bronco arrived at the dealership yesterday afternoon but they are telling me I can't pick up until Friday? WTF! What takes 3 days to get a vehicle ready? Please enlighten me!

It depends on the dealer and their staff. My Bronco arrived at my dealer Monday night around 9:30pm and they had it ready for me to pick up yesterday at 1pm.

Problem is I leave Friday morning with the family for spring break vacation! I was hoping to have it for the beach but looking like thats not going to happen!

I'd call the dealer and explain that to them if you haven't already and ask if they could expedite the process for you.

Dealer was great, picking up today at 1700!

So glad to see everyone taking delivery. Mine has been on the rail yard waiting to be picked up by a truck to take it to my dealership (15 min away) since last Thursday. Fingers crossed that today is the day but nothing on the Palsapp or Ford tracker is showing anything different

How do you know it’s at the rail yard waiting to be picked up? Did you call the automated rail yard number (Csx or UP)?

I’m asking because when I call, Csx says “empty released to customer “. Wondering if that means it’s already been picked up or waiting to be picked up.

So my actual dealer let me know that it was in the Memphis yard last Thursday night. I never checked with the railway but I did find it on the palsapp site with a freight bill #. My dealer did say that "empty released to customer" was stating that the rail line had completed their leg of the trip and it was now in a Ford drop yard for pickup and delivery to the customer, which is the dealership. According to my dealer it could be delivered anywhere between 3/4-3/10 so I guess we will wait and see if it shows up today or tomorrow.

I did try that when I saw the original post but when I put in my VIN # is does nothing. I doesn't even react when I hit "search". Have you tried it?

UPDATE I tried one more time and it let me hit the search. It shows a "load number" but no date so I am not sure what that means?

It means its scheduled on a truck.
