This whole Bronco experience has been a wild ride. If someone would have told me back on 7/14/20 when I reserved one that it would take almost 3 years, I would have said your crazy. But here we are.

I agree, it has been ridiculous. I get the whole Covid stuff, but the lack of communication from ford and the retail vs reservation fiasco really put us off. Not sure about ever doing anything like this with them again, or even get another ford.

Just got my rail car number today. Blend date was the 24th and pizza tracker says shipped the 27th.
So it's normal to not get it for awhile. Just checked with CSX and it's already in OKC headed to Texas

For whatever reason I’ve never told anyone that I reserved/ordered one. Not sure why, but now it’s like I’m glad I didn’t. Too many questions and even now when it’s very close to reality. I’m keeping tight lipped because part of me still doesn’t believe its coming.

Yeah I’ve very quite about it for a long minute. I did accidentally spend a little cash today ordering mud flaps, magnetic gun supports, drop down table etc…..so I’m excited to say the least lol

Started receiving accessories for our Bronco today.

I was thinking mud flaps as a first purchase…. Which ones did you decide on? And why?
what table did you go with?

Mabett mud flaps brand mostly due to reviews and good discounts for 6g ppl. The Mabett table I went with was based on the cutting board and side panels, my stove doesn’t like wind so I hope it works . I got the door pocket with molle to keep small things in.

I bought the iceco VL60, Jackery 1000 and RTT the week I place my order. I used them with my current setup , but that’s gonna get swapped over asap

Once I got my VIN I started Craigslist/Facebook/Amazon shopping as well. I have a set of sas wheels and tires, set of sas shocks, Rough Country level kit, mod bumper/skid, grill letters, stubby antenna, and Ford OEM running boards. My son and I will be busy for a couple of weeks once we get it.

I wasn't going to buy anything until it arrived. But Ford gave me a VIN and assigned me build week before Black Friday and too many good deals later and I have a bunch of parts; shopping Black Friday too, my girlfriend did me right for Christmas too. I'm looking at 2-3 days to get everything done, wiring the lights will take a majority of the time.

My son is 18 and drives a Xterra Pro, he's all about doing mods to the new Bronco. I have the WT, SAS, LUX, with Tow so I was more into getting it ready to make a trip out west the spring. ( trip we had planned for spring of 21, thanks FORD) lol More than anything it's about spending that road time with him before the real world starts for him in the fall.

This is my younger son and he's 15 so he'll learn how to drive in this little base 2 door then it will be his to use so he's going to do most of the work, it will be his 1st lift! I sent my older son off to CSU this yr and we did the same as you but with a Tacoma since Ford has had us waiting for 2 years as well....

I already have the Bronco letters got them off Amazon for like $20, they seem nice and stick on with 3M tape, IMO the base just looks naked with the black letters.

I called the train tracker today, and my Bronco is on the move. Left Marshal Town, Iowa on Union Pacific this morning. Hopefully no weather delays as it heads west.

I have been accumulating lots of accessories for my Bronco when it gets here. I have bumper lights, A-pillar lights, BYOD bar, mounts for phone and handheld GMRS radio, Off-road shackles, tailgate table, some recovery gear, under hood ARB air compressor, and I plan on adding weather Pak electrical connectors to all 6 AUX switches and labeling them. That way if I decide I want to change the order of the accessories, I can just unplug and re-plug in (Within amperage limits).
