Mine is still in holding lot purgatory in Ft. Worth...since 9/16. Dealer reps and Zone reps have no idea when it will hop on a truck. I've been told there are over 1200 Fords in this one lot with more coming everyday. Limited number of drivers can't keep up.

No, that does not have a rail tracking process. Someone here wrote a post on how to track via CXS and BNSF.

1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

It's 2 hours away from Granger in a rail car lot. And Granger is 288 miles away from me in STL. In terms of days away...?!?!

Well my dealer just face timed me. Bronco is on hauler in their lot right now. Spent 16 days in lot 30 miles away waiting on a hauler. Might be able to grab it today after work

When you call the number, do you quote all 4 initials or just the last 2? as in, my rail car number is TTGX694445. Do I quote TTGX as initials or just GX?

Use the whole number. Using your touchpad it will go in as 81814192 for TTGX and then the car number. I tracked my truck the entire way from MI to the yard in north Denver when it was offloaded on this past Saturday.
