rock rail

I hope you all can help. I just purchased a used set of rock rails and just noticed a broken bolt. How do I remove this bolt? Not sure if anyone knows if it is pressed in or threaded in. I wanted to ask before I work on it. Does anyone have a recommendation on getting a replacement bolt?

These rock rails are off my 2021 Badlands. I removed them at approximately 200 miles, when I got back from my dealer, because my wife needed a step rail to get in. They are in great condition and I’m asking $250. All hardware is included, pick up only. I live in Maryville, TN.

To those with full-length steps (like the AR Magnum Stirrup or the IAG EZ Step), have you found any downsides in regular use? I have a 2 door BD with OEM rock rails, which is why I'm looking at these options specifically. Not looking at motorized folding steps, as this would delete the rails...
