So the sales manager sent me a text message yesterday, wanting to know if I still had any interest in ordering a Bronco. Seems a little unprofessional to send a text message, maybe an email or phone call. Tried calling them and no response back, thinking I might just cancel my order.

Local dealer has a couple Bronco Sport's on the lot, I was thinking about carbonized gray for my Bronco purchase. But the more i see Area 51 I can't decide!

Changed my reservation to Laura in Sullivan, after talking to the sales manager for 10 minutes, I had more information and less attitude. Sunset responded to emails two weeks too late!

So I had the same experience with my dealer, I hung up the phone after 2 minutes of being lectured! It only took him two weeks to call me back!

I spoke to a dealer (not Sunset) and very reliable person this afternoon and his recommendation, was to keep my current reservation with Sunset. They had a customer move their reservation to his dealership three months ago and it has yet to be finalized! Also being told that most orders won't...

Anyone in the St Louis market dealing with Sunset Ford? We need to get some of these local dealers to work with us like Granger in Iowa.
