I had a tech look at mine and said it was functioning as intended. You cant see mine in daylight but can at night. If I had to do it over I wouldn't have gotten the LED.

Mine does not do that. And I have received notifications from the Ford app. When it goes off, sporadically. Hope this helps

Thats interesting about the LED, either my LED or main unit must be defective. Mine is also mounted to a steady point, very sensitive to any inside hit but not so much for outside.

Yeah, I have it turned to the max, I should have posted that. It is very sensitive for the interior.

So I installed the perimeter plus in my 2024 OBX Sasquatch yesterday with the following observations. I discovered that the LED light is extremely dim, forget about seeing it in daylight, barely visible at night, useless in daytime. The sensitivity of the alarm is not great for outside impacts...
