I am a little more conflicted on the obx. Just realized it does not come with skid plates as the badlands does. One more thing that needs to be researched/purchased/installed in addition to a potential disconnect sway bar. Not as big a deal, but also no rock crawl mode. Not sure how useful...

Appreciate all the responses from everyone. Great information here! Time to do a little research on after market sway bar disconnects before deciding. ( of course the predictable reality for me is the obx will sell during that time.....:crazy: ha).

Thanks for all of that. Great info! Actually not out there yet. I spend 2.5 months or so in summer/early fall. May be leaving this Bronco out there at the temp storage spot I get for my camper, which would then become not so temp. Have a feeling a move is inevitable tho......lol.

Ha ha...right there with you on that. In addition to the stop sale issue, that is also on my mind in the new vs used decision. I can see a mental block forming in regards to gacking a brand new one out there. Something that already has a little "love" on it......? 'meh. Full steam ahead so...

Looking to purchase a two door Bronco, pretty much exclusively to use off road, trails, etc., especially in the Southwest/Utah. Not planned to be a daily driver. Was pretty much decided on a Badlands, but recently came across an Outer Banks with SAS, High, Lux for a pretty good deal...

In my search for potential used Broncos, that fuel pump recall (with no remedy available) is the only one that has me concerned. I am getting this to use offroad out West, and I don't want to be in the middle of the desert when the problem child fuel pump craps out. I could not care less...

On a personal note, it figures this happens as I was close to a decision.....lol. And my $2000 pco expires at the end of the month.

Someone posted a shot of the stop-delivery order on new Bronco's just implemented due to this issue in the thread about "Bronco sales rise 27% in February."

That explains the large number of Broncos that have appeared in one of the usual parking lots in Michigan where new "problem child" vehicles have traditionally been stored until their issue is resolved. I suspected something was up upon seeing them there..... Back in '24 there were F150's...
