Trading in your Bronco? Swap bumpers with me before you do, and make some extra dough! If you don't want to swap, I'm willing to buy outright, as well. I'm in the San Diego area, willing to swap at my place or yours, I've got tools if you don't. Pics of bumper, no dings or scratches, fog...
  3. California Bronco Raptor OR Badlands Steering Wheel With Paddle Shifters $600

I bought this wheel on the forum for $700, installed it in my 2023 Badlands SAS. Plug and play, it works great: After I bought and installed it, I found the same wheel with carbon fiber, and I'm a sucker for carbon fiber. So, I bought and installed the new wheel, and am reselling this one...
  4. Bronco Raptor Steering Wheel Swap w/ Functional Paddles -- DIY installation writeup

Thicker, also slightly smaller radius, maybe an inch. Feels more substantial than the stock wheel, I like it! Also, now I downshift so it holds a gear when I want to pass or merge, instant power rather than 2 seconds of shifting before the power hits. I didn't bother before because I had to...

Thanks everyone for the info on this thread. I just finished swapping my 2023 Badlands SAS High package wheel for a BRaptor wheel. I swapped the boards from the Badlands into the BRaptor wheel. The paddles worked, no additional wiring needed!

  9. Sasquatch HOSS 2.0 Coilover Tear-Down - Travel, Spring Length, Bump Stop Info

    I think I did the nitrogen pressure calc right, I subtracted from the spring force at ride height, not from the rate. It only changed the rate calc by 12 lb/in. Wheel rate = Spring Rate X MR^2 = 357.09 x .5855 x .5855 = 122.414 lb/in. 5.65" preload / .5855 = 9.649" wheel travel 9.649" wheel...
  10. Sasquatch HOSS 2.0 Coilover Tear-Down - Travel, Spring Length, Bump Stop Info

I put everything back together and got an accurate weight at a local scale. Ford's published weight for a 2dr 2.7 Badlands Sasquatch is 2731 lbs front, 2,140 lbs rear, 4871 lbs total. Weight at the truck stop with 1/2 tank of gas was 2,640 front, 2280 rear, total 4,920 lbs. Pretty close! With...
  11. Sasquatch HOSS 2.0 Coilover Tear-Down - Travel, Spring Length, Bump Stop Info

I jacked up the suspension and rotated the hub by hand. Again, I measured from the surface of the coilover mount to the surface of the LCA next to the mounting holes. At 16.99" mount-to-LCA, the fender-to-axle distance was 16.43". Hub rotated normally. At 16.85" mount-to-LCA, the...

  13. Sasquatch HOSS 2.0 Coilover Tear-Down - Travel, Spring Length, Bump Stop Info

I pulled the coilover, reattached the UCL, and cycled the suspension a bit below SAS full droop. I measured from the surface of the coilover mount to the surface of the LCA next to the mounting holes. Crappy pic of the aiming spot: I drooped the suspension down to a measurement of 24.5". I...

  15. Sasquatch HOSS 2.0 Coilover Tear-Down - Travel, Spring Length, Bump Stop Info

That's a good idea, I can remove the coilover, reattach the UCL and cycle it. I'll take some pics.
