Thanks guys, I ended up canceling this order and finding an almost identical model on the lot at a dealership nearby. Bit more expensive but we pick it up today!

I did and they gave me some boilerplate status updates and recommended I talk to the dealer (who, in turn, recommends I talk to Ford...). Very frustrating experience all around.

Is it typical for orders to stay in the "In Production" state for multiple months? Mine entered production on 5/15 and has had no update since, starting to lose hope that it will ever get delivered... It's a stock Heritage Edition, no special customizations or anything. Will I ever get my car??
